The crowned figure on the right in the Blue robes on the Tower Tarot represents worldly authority, your sense of what you can and cannot do. The person in Red and Blue is spiritual or moral authority, your sense of what you should and shouldn’t do.
Take another look at the world of the Tower card that’s collapsing like a house of cards: a Grey prison tower on a lonely mountain with cliffs too steep to climb.
