Gandanta, the word gandanta comes from the Sanskrit word gandant means the end of the node.

Essential practice for Saturday, 13

This Saturday, June 13, is the only day this year that uses a special practice related to Melchizedek. On any thirteenth Saturday, students of the Gnostic tradition perform a special prayer to ask for the help of Melchizedek, the high priest who blessed Abraham and whose order Jesus entered.
The practice of asking for help from Melchizedek is done every thirteenth Saturday, at thirteen o'clock (one o'clock). You can perform this prayer indoors or outdoors; obviously, by doing it outdoors, you will be more connected to the Earth. In general, students support this prayer for the entire hour, meditating throughout. Your goal is to enter the state of meditation or astral projection, leaving the physical body behind.

Every day we have to transform this body to keep it alive. That transformation, that sacrifice, takes place on three levels.

The second level is the air. We can't live without air, not even for a few seconds, or maybe a few minutes.
The third level is about impressions. What are the impressions? Information, perception, is the functioning of consciousness. We cannot live without impressions.
These three aspects keep us alive. These three levels are like the floors of a factory. That factory is us, physically, psychologically, spiritually. We are supported, we are moving, through a continuous process of transformation in these three levels of our inner factory. We have to eat and drink all the time. We have to breathe continuously and we have to take information all the time.
We all recognize that we have the desire, the hunger for food and the thirst for water. Unfortunately, that hunger, that thirst, became corrupt. We no longer want the pure elements that will naturally support us in the healthiest way possible, now we want crazy food. We want to eat garbage. Many people on this planet will now not eat unless they come out of a box; they will not eat natural food; many will not eat a vegetable, especially if it is raw (like a carrot or a salad). The same goes for water: many people will not even drink water, they will only drink soda or alcohol, which is poison. There are no substances in them, there is nothing nutritious in soda or alcohol, but they are the most commonly consumed liquids. There is no food in them, only chemicals, poison, which turn out to kill the body and mind.
We cannot walk without breathing; we breathe naturally. But many of us are now addicted to adding poison to our breath through smoking. Many are dependent on pollution fumes; they just want to be in town and if you take them to the country, they become very uncomfortable and they want to go back to their polluted air.
Our body naturally transforms these elements of food, water and air. These elements are brought into us and destroyed. They die; the animal dies and we are fed. The plant dies and we are fed. Unfortunately, there is no instinctive and automatic process for transforming all the information that enters through impressions and thus we have physiological constipation. This is why when we try to meditate, we try to see in our minds, it is a complete disaster.
Our physical body is an extremely sophisticated order, and in Greek the order of the words is kosmos.
κόσμος (kosmos): an ordered system
Our body is an orderly system, a miniature world. It is a very sophisticated system or sequence that is sustained by sacrifice and transformation.
Every day we have to transform this body to keep it alive. That transformation, that sacrifice, takes place on three levels.
At the lowest level, we need food and water; without food and water we will die. We can last a few days, more or less without them.
The second level is the air. We can't live without air, not even for a few seconds, or maybe a few minutes.
The third level is about impressions. What are the impressions? Information, perception, is the functioning of consciousness. We cannot live without impressions.
These three aspects keep us alive. These three levels are like the floors of a factory. That factory is us, physically, psychologically, spiritually. We are supported, we are moving, through a continuous process of transformation in these three levels of our inner factory. We have to eat and drink all the time. We have to breathe continuously and we have to take information all the time.
We all recognize that we have the desire, the hunger for food and the thirst for water. Unfortunately, that hunger, that thirst, became corrupt. We no longer want the pure elements that will naturally support us in the healthiest way possible, now we want crazy food. We want to eat garbage. Many people on this planet will now not eat unless they come out of a box; they will not eat natural food; many will not eat a vegetable, especially if it is raw (like a carrot or a salad). The same goes for water: many people will not even drink water, they will only drink soda or alcohol, which is poison. There are no substances in them, there is nothing nutritious in soda or alcohol, but they are the most commonly consumed liquids. There is no food in them, only chemicals, poison, which turn out to kill the body and mind.
We cannot walk without breathing; we breathe naturally. But many of us are now addicted to adding poison to our breath through smoking. What should happen is that we should be constantly vigilant of what we perceive and transform that perception from moment to moment. Our consciousness should be activated, awake, conscious, observant. In that awakened state, we take impressions, destroy them, extract from them what is necessary for consciousness to grow and throw away the rest. This is called mindfulness, self-observation, self-memory: being awake. Samael Aun Weor called this the "Transformation of Impressions." Through this process, the mind empties naturally, not by force, it is natural. Impressions come and go; it leaves no trace, only wisdom, only understanding, only understanding. The mind then becomes what it should be, its natural state, which is perfectly serene, happy, cheerful and able to reflect the whole universe.

We do not enter heaven above just by believing in something, we enter Heaven being cleansed of what cannot enter heaven above. But there is a difference: when nature is purified by the second death, the consciousness comes out of that process, purified, but not being raised or learned anything. Consciousness, the soul gains nothing from this but pain. It ends where it began, without anything changed, only thousands of years of experience, but without understanding, without understanding, without wisdom. On the other hand, if we perform this cleansing consciously, we gain wisdom from all the mistakes we have made, we understand, we learn what is right, what is right, what is wrong, what is inappropriate. When you look at the heavens in the sky, you see their bodies, not their souls, not their consciousness. They can take bodies like us; all those suns, all those galaxies, all those solar systems, all those worlds, are all the ones that did what we didn't do. The universe is not empty of life, but is life. We are not the pinnacle of civilization. We are a world behind, full of vice.
However, if we rebel against our inner corruption, we can become radiant, understanding, straightforward reflexes of the light of divinity.
~ How to pray at Melchizedek ~
The practice of asking Melchizedek for help is quite simple. It takes place every Saturday the thirteenth, at thirteen o'clock (one o'clock). You can perform this prayer inside us; by doing it normally by doing it outdoors, you will be more connected to the Earth. Lie face down (on your stomach). You will pray and meditate for an hour, so adopt a posture that will allow you to be fully relaxed for that time. You can use a pillow or a blanket as needed. You can rest your head on your hands or arms. Some students prefer to take the shape of a star with their arms and legs apart. As Samael Aun Weor pointed out, the main feature of our posture is that we should be deeply relaxed, able to completely forget about the physical body. Close your eyes and pray to your inner being, asking to go to the temple of Melchizedek for help. View this event. The temple is in the center of the Earth. Relax, pray, focus and view this process. Call on Melchizedek's help to find out about you. Don't call on Melchizedek and ask him to help you get a new car or a new house, because people do that, and that's not the point of the practice. The purpose of the practice is to get help from Melchizedek to learn about your own Earth (your self) and to learn about your relationship with his Earth, this planet, and to change yourself. The cities we live in do not become easier to live in, they get more complicated every year. This is because the order that supports health and peace is declining. It is the order that produces a civilization, not a disorder.
It's harder to travel, it's harder to live, it's harder to make a living, it's harder to eat and this is not just in one place, but on the entire planet. You can't get rid of it and it gets worse.
